Welcome to the Genmoji website (www.genmoji.com) which is operated by Genmoji, Inc. (“Genmoji”), a provider of microgrid designs and execute tailored off-grid, renewable energy solutions.  Genmoji is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy, together with our website Terms of Use and any other document referred to in it, explains the types of information we collect, and how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies or privacy practices of our Partners or other third parties.

HOW WE RESPOND TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS?

We may, and we may allow third party service providers and other third parties to use cookies or other technologies on our Site or in our Services that collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site or Services.  We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operate as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received.

PUBLICLY POSTED INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any information you post to the public areas of the Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, comments to social media and other public forums. Comments posted to public areas may be viewed, accessed, and used by third parties subject to those parties’ privacy practices and policies.

The Sites may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by us (“Third Party Sites”), including social media websites and services. In general, you may browse the Sites without providing personal information.  However, if you choose not to provide certain personal information through the Sites or Services, you may not be able to use all of the features and products that Genmoji offers through its Sites and Services.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. You have the right to access and manage your personal data in those instances where we control such data, and to the extent that the request does not expose any personal data about another person or otherwise conflict with applicable laws.  In such a case, you may request that your data be corrected, deleted, or request a copy of your data in a common machine-readable format.  In those instances where we control your data, you may contact our Privacy Office at any time to request a restriction of processing of your information, or otherwise lodge a complaint. 

CHILDREN

Genmoji does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to Genmoji through the Sites or Services, please contact us at vanessa@genmoji.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Since we may modify our Privacy Policy from time to time, we recommend that you check the current version of our Privacy Policy periodically.  If we make any modifications to our Privacy Policy, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top.  By continuing to use the Sites and Services, or providing us with information after we have posted an updated Privacy Policy, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy and practices described in it.
